The 2026 M&T Clothesline Art and Fine Craft Festival is taking place at the Memorial Art Gallery in Rochester's Neighborhood of the Arts on August 29 & 30. With tons of vendors to discover, delicious food and drinks to indulge in, beautiful grounds to explore, and more, this years festival is going to be an exciting one!

This year's festival features art from hundreds of artists, including over 100 new to Clothesline artists. Featured artists specialize in several mediums, including ceramics, digital art, fiber, glass, jewelry, mixed media, painting, and so much more.

The limited edition 2026 festival t-shirt was deigned by local artist Morgan Everly. The shirts can be purchased in person at The Store’s new Clothesline pop-up location by MAG’s Main Entrance during the festival on Saturday, August 29, and Sunday, August 30.

Saturday and Sunday during the festival, you can expect a great lineup of live music on the main stage. Musicians include Spencer, Harmonica Lewis, youbet, kitchen, Ben Morey and the Eyes, and The Burkharts.

Sip on a limited-run "Clothesline State of Mind" craft beer

Clothesline State of Mind is a limited-edition craft beer brewed exclusively for the festival by Strangebird. This sour ale blends tropical pawpaw with pink pepper corn for a bright, fruity flavor, finishing with a zesty, woody snap. Available in cans at indoor and outdoor locations throughout the festival grounds while supplies last!

The WeTheHobby Family Fun Zone offers free hands-on arts and crafts, games, and sensory experiences. Activities will include collaborative clothespin sunflowers, make-your-own trading cards, DIY mosaics, and bracelet-making. Enjoy  a quiet space for families, including areas for diaper changing and nursing and a shared play area.
