Visitor Information Centers
Center City Visitor Information Center
Located on the fourth floor of 45 East Avenue, Rochester, NY, 14604. The center is open Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. An Information Specialist can be reached by phone during the same hours of operation at 585-279-8300 or toll-free at 800-677-7282.
Airport Visitor Information Booth
Located on the first floor of the Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport near the baggage claim. The booth is staffed daily from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please note that brochures and EXPLORE Guides are available at all times to those traveling in and out of the airport.
Tim Hortons Iceplex Booth
Located within the Tim Hortons Iceplex at 2700 Brighton Henrietta Town Line Road, Rochester, NY 14623. The booth is staffed during major sporting competitions at the indoor athletics facility. Please note that brochures and EXPLORE Guides are available at all times when the Iceplex is open to the public.
