Fairport, NY - Casa Larga Vineyards has added a new drink to their tasting selections. A keggerator at the winery dispenses craft beers at the wine shop tasting bar. On tap this month are six beers from VB Brewing, Fairport Brewing and Three Heads Brewing. The winery plans to rotate other local craft brews regularly.
The keggerator is a long-awaited addition to the other local offerings at the wine shop. Guests can also purchase bottles of other Finger Lakes and New York State beers, as well as cheeses and other locally made items such as hard cider and specialty sauces.
Beers are available by the pint for $6 to $8 and debut on Thursday, October 9 during the Thursday Wine Flight Night from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Wine Flight Night on Thursday, October 9 features a flight of 3 Rieslings paired with New York cheeses. Guitarist Mike Pullano will perform. Admission to Thursday Wine Flight Nights is $12 per person, which includes the flight and a small plate pairing.
