Visit Rochester, the official tourism promotion agency for Monroe County, is pleased to announce the following recent addition to its team of tourism and hospitality professionals.
Elisa Everett has joined Visit Rochester as Visitor Services & Accounting Specialist. In this new role, Elisa will support both the visitor services and accounting team with responsibilities including data entry, accounting support, event planning and preparation, maintaining brochures and displays at multiple visitor information centers and liaising with visitors seeking information on Rochester and Monroe County. Everett plays an important role on the staff, often serving as the first point of contact for visitors to Visit Rochester’s Downtown Information Center. Everett joins Visit Rochester from Lake Affect Magazine, where she worked as a Community Storyteller for the Rochester, N.Y. based publication.
Everett is a graduate of SUNY Brockport, where she earned a bachelor of science in English with a Creative Writing Concentration & Psychology Minor. She resides in Spencerport, N.Y.
