Visit Rochester invites you to an afternoon of recognition, community, and a little creativity. Come together with fellow event services professionals to acknowledge the work that matters, share a meal, and cut a bouquet to share: one for you and one for The Village at Unity.

What to Expect

11:30 AM | Cut two bouquets in the Homesteads for Hope flower field: one to keep, one to give to the seniors at The Village at Unity (comfortable shoes recommended!).
12:15 PM | Lunch start
12:30 PM | Program & Awards start
1:30 PM | Event end

Nominate a Rochester Event Services Professional

This year's luncheon will feature three awards honoring the individuals and organizations shaping Rochester's event services community. Take a moment to recognize someone whose dedication, professionalism, and service have made a lasting impact.

Rochester Event Service Professional of the Year (Individual)

This award recognizes an outstanding individual who exemplifies excellence in the event services industry within the Greater Rochester region. The recipient demonstrates exceptional professionalism, leadership, creativity, and dedication while consistently delivering high-quality service and memorable experiences. Through their commitment to clients, colleagues, and the local events community, they have made a significant and lasting impact on the success and advancement of the industry.

Outstanding Service Award (Individual or Organization)

This award honors an individual or organization that has demonstrated an extraordinary commitment to service, reliability, and excellence. The recipient consistently exceeds expectations, provides exceptional support to clients, customers, or the community, and serves as a model of professionalism and integrity. Their dedication to outstanding service has created a meaningful positive impact and contributed to the success of those they serve.

Visit Rochester Services Partner of the Year (Organization)

This award recognizes an outstanding Visit Rochester partner organization that has demonstrated exceptional commitment to supporting and enhancing the event experience in the Greater Rochester region. The recipient consistently exemplifies collaboration, professionalism, innovation, and service excellence while contributing to the success of meetings, events, conventions, and tourism initiatives. Through their partnership, leadership, and dedication to hospitality, they have made a significant impact on Rochester's reputation as a premier destination.
