The Event Services Exchange committee is designed to bring together organizations and professionals involved in or looking to expand into the events industry. This group serves as a platform for members to connect, share insights, and enhance their understanding of the event services sector. Whether an organization currently works with events of any caliber or is seeking to expand its involvement in the industry, the committee aims to foster collaboration and provide educational resources. Through regular discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities, the Event Services Exchange seeks to empower members with the knowledge and tools needed to grow in the dynamic world of event services.

Celebrate Services Week
What is National Celebrate Services Week?
National Celebrate Services Week, founded by the Event Service Professionals Association (ESPA), is a time dedicated to:
- celebrate the role of the event service professional
- advocate for the event services profession
- give our members a local networking opportunity with fellow event services peers
- give back to your local communities
This event is celebrated across North America by destinations, hotels and venues who gather together in honor of this special week. This year’s event theme is Together We Create: Honoring the Art of Event Services.
You're Invited: Coffee & Connection
Visit Rochester is excited to invite you to join us in celebrating National Event Services Week! This marks our second year of honoring this week, and we want YOU to be a part of the celebration. Please bring your event services team to celebrate all the incredible work we do together and build industry connections. Coffee is on us.

Giving Back: Art Supplies Drive
As part of our celebration, we’ll be collecting new art supplies to donate to the City of Rochester’s Art Smart Program, which supports creativity in our local youth. Please bring new art supplies with you to Coffee & Connection, as you are able.
We also encourage your organization to collect new art supplies between August 4th-8th. We’ll be happy to pick up any donations from your organization and ensure they reach the City of Rochester’s Recreational Arts Program. Please contact us to arrange a convenient pick-up time! **Collect the most art supplies within your office by August 8th for a chance to win an office-wide ice cream party!
