American Council of the Blind Conference & Convention

The American Council of the Blind (ACB) is comprised of approximately 70 state chapters and special-interest affiliates representing a diverse range of groups within the blind community, including students, families, teachers, attorneys, governmental employees, entrepreneurs, vending stand operators, and the LGBTQ community.

Greece Cobras FC Summer Classic Soccer Tournament

Over 200 teams in 2018, including many Canadian teams! One of the fastest growing and largest tournaments in upstate NY. College coaches attended last year from across NY State, Maine, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, and Colorado. Every team is guaranteed at least three games. Games are played on high quality, well-groomed full-time soccer fields. Saturday night "Family Fun Night" includes entertainment and fireworks!

2019 Danielle Downey Credit Union Classic

More than a golf tournament, the events, and programs leading to the tournament reflect Danielle’s legacy as a motivator to not only keep professional golf prevalent in the Rochester community, and to continue to inspire the future stars of the LPGA and the future stars of Rochester.

2019 Brockport Intl Soccer Festival

The tournament is open to boys’ and girls’ travel league, competitive, and premier teams, U8-U19.  We do not accept recreational teams above U10 unless pre-approved by the tournament director.  Division size will be based on a number of entries. Where possible, age groups will provide multiple divisions based on team strength.

Rochester Sneaker Swap

The "ROC SNEAKER SWAP" is a Buy-Sell-Trade sneaker expo/convention in Rochester, New York. There will be over 60 vendors, with 1000’s of pairs sneakers there will also be raffles and giveaways, live host, mix set, performances by artists and celebrity special guest

ROC City Rumble World Long Drive

The World Long Drive Tour heads up North for the inaugural ROC City Rumble at Home Team Sports Park in Rochester, NY. The Open, Masters, and Women’s division titles are up for grabs as well as Official World Long Drive rankings points. ROC City Rumble will be televised live on the GOLF Channel on Wednesday, July 24 from 6-8 p.m. ET.

2019 Little League Championships

Penfield Little League has been selected to host the New York State Championships for players between the ages of 10 and 12.  The road to Williamsport goes through Penfield!

2019 RYC Junior Olympic Regatta

The USA Junior Olympic Sailing program is a nationwide series of regattas for youth ages 8 to 21. Each event in this family of regattas is hosted by a different club or organization, but all events share a common goal: to promote the enjoyment of sailing and development of skills to young sailors as well as provide an Olympic pathway for talented junior sailors.

Great Homeschool Conventions promotes and produces seven regional homeschooling conventions each year.
