2024 Just Get Good Kick-Off Classic - 7U-12U; Evolve Hockey

Just get good kick-off classic will be a tournament for ages U9-U12 teams. Hosting some of the best teams around the nation and bringing the best youth hockey has to offer to our area.

2024 Rochester Half Marathon & 5K; YellowJacket Racing

The Rochester Half Marathon and 5K will take place on September 15th starting at Maplewood Park and finishing at Innovation Field. The celebration will happen at Innovative Field during the race and will be featuring the Uptown Groove, elite party band, from 8:30am to 11am.

NMRA - Lakeshore Northeastern Region (NER) - 2024; National Model Railroad Association, Inc.

The National Model Railroad Association is a not-for-profit worldwide educational organization that is dedicated to the hobby of scale model railroading. The Northeaster Regional will be in Rochester September 19th-22nd which includes clinics, prototype tours, model contests, and more.

Frederick Douglass HBCU Football Classic

The Frederick Douglass HBCU Football Classic Weekend of Hope has been put together in partnership by the City of Rochester & the Rochester Police Department. The event is aimed to strengthen the bonds between our community and law enforcement and to celebrate the rich culture of HBCUs. This public event has a fun-filled day in store with the festivities kicking off at 9:00 am with a tailgate party, followed by the Football Classic at 1 pm where the Central State University Marauders will take on the Albany State Rams, and will conclude with the post-game battle of the bands.

2024 Rochester Cyclocross; Full Moon Vista 

Rochester Cyclocross is a UCI sanctioned Class 1 international cycling competition. It is set to take place on September 20th-22nd at Genesee Valley Park. Cyclocross is an off-road bike race that usually features some pavement, dirt, woods, steep hills and some obstacles that require riders to dismount. This is a free, public event.

Annual SPEP Conference; Society for Phenomenology and Existential Philosophy

SPEP is the Society for Phenomenology and Existential Philosophy, a professional organization devoted to supporting philosophy inspired by continental European traditions.

59th Annual McQuaid Invitational; McQuaid Jesuit 

The McQuaid Invitational is the largest high school sponsored cross-country meet in the country. McQuaid has been putting this event on for 59 years. Athletes will travel from across the country to compete at Genesee Valley Park on September 28th.
