Great Lakes Alliance – 2021 GLA Crossover U10-U14 Weekend #2

The Great Lakes Alliance (GLA), is a US Club Soccer sanctioned regional league providing competition from a wide variety of cities throughout Ohio, Western PA, and Western NY with convenient travel. This weekend-long event will bring 1,500 attendees to the Greater Rochester area.

The College Music Society – The College Music Society’s 2021 National Conference 2021    

The College Music Society promotes music teaching and learning, musical creativity and expression, research and dialogue, and diversity and interdisciplinary interaction. A consortium of college, conservatory, university, and independent musicians and scholars interested in all disciplines of music, the Society provides leadership and serves as an agent of change by addressing concerns facing music in higher education. This event will bring 350 attendees to downtown Rochester.

MyHockey – 2021 MyHockey Rochester Fall Classic

MyHockey Tournaments runs youth ice hockey tournaments in 14 cities across 10 states. Divisions are usually available from 9U to 18U and from house to AA skill levels. The Fall Classic will bring 1,800 attendees to the Greater Rochester area.

Rochester Lady Lions Fastpitch Softball – 2021 Showcase on the Ridge

In 1975, a group of parents dedicated their time to start a recreation softball program in Webster, NY.  That year, 50 girls participated in the program using fields throughout the community to play.  Webster Athletic Association (WAA) Girls Softball now has over 600 female athletes participating in both recreation and competitive travel softball at our 8-field Ridge Park Complex. The Showcase on the Ridge will bring more than 1,600 athletes and fans to Rochester.

SPIE, the international society for optics and photonics, was founded in 1955 to advance light-based technologies.  Serving more than 255,000 constituents from 183 countries, the not-for-profit society advances emerging technologies through interdisciplinary information enhance, continuing education, publications, patent precedent, and career and professional growth. 800 attendees will gather in downtown Rochester for this premiere event in the optics industry.

American Platform Tennis Association – Rochester Stop: APTA Tour

The American Platform Tennis Association is a non-profit organization that governs the sport for its 26,000 members, which includes individuals, municipalities, clubs and leagues. This event will gather more than 120 competing athletes in Rochester.

USS Susan B. Anthony – Annual Reunion 2021

The USS Susan B. Anthony and USS Mona Lisa are two military ships used during World War II to transport soldiers. On the morning of June 7th, 1944, while transporting soldiers of the 90th Infantry Division through a swept channel off Normandy the USS Susan B. Anthony struck a mine that exploded, ultimately sinking the ship. Every year the war veterans families get together for a reunion to honor them.
