The National Deaf Intercollegiate Athletic Association (NDIAA) serves as a leading organization for information regarding Deaf interscholastic sports. NDIAA encourages participation in order to develop life-long learners that exhibit sportsmanship, character and leadership, providing resources and training opportunities that include professional development, networking and collaboration. The vision of the NDIAA is to promote and recognize the growth and achievements of Deaf interscholastic programs including athletes and coaches. Your Local Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) provides ongoing programs and services to conserve, enhance, and protect soil and water resources in your community. The New York State Conservation District Employees' Association, Inc. was founded in 1975. The purposes for which the Association formed were for the mutual advancement of the interests of members to consider and deal with common problems, and to strengthen local SWCDs by providing assistance and information to local boards and employees. To that end, the Association has focused resources on creating and fostering opportunities for employee networking, professional development, and SWCD outreach and promotion. The elected Executive Committee serves all 58 of New York State's Conservation Districts, and operates under By-Laws.
