National Supreme Council will meet in Rochester again in August to practice Masonic traditions and rituals while celebrating the advancement of various members to higher Masonic levels.

International Toy Research Assn (ITRA); 9th World Conference of the ITRA - 2023

The 9th International Toy Research Association World Conference will be in Rochester August 9th-11th. This is the first time this conference has been held in the United States. Attendees will be traveling in from Australia, Greece, Denmark, India and many other countries. The event will be hosted at the National Strong Museum of Play where attendees will discuss all forms of play to expand on their understanding of the power of play!

Rochester Airshow | Rochester Interna'l Airshow - USAF Thunderbirds - 2023

The popular community event will return to the Rochester skies the weekend of Saturday, August 12 and Sunday, August 13, 2023, and will feature the United States Air Force Thunderbirds and other exciting aerial performers. This is the first Rochester Airshow since 2019, which also featured the Thunderbirds as the headline act.

Wireman's Golf Assn | 2023 Wireman's Golf Tournament 

Back in 1958, a few wiremen at an IBEW bowling tournament got together and came up with an idea---let's start a golf tournament. The rest, they say, is history.

The first tournament was a one-day affair and involved six local unions. Over fifty years later the group plays a three-day tournament and an 18 hole scramble. The membership, over 1500 strong, spans 8 states, the District of Columbia and the Province of Ontario.

With an eye to expanding membership, the tournament helps get the word out to other IBEW local unions who are looking to become involved. The W.G.A. has a winning formula---great golf, good times, brotherhood and a lot of memories.

Drum Corps Associates | World Championships 2023

The sight and sound of dozens of competitive drum corps from the country and England will return to Rochester over Labor Day Weekend in September 2023.  An event the size and scope of the DCA World Championships is expected to generate an economic impact of approximately $2 million throughout Monroe County. More than 20 hotels will be utilized, along with rehearsal spaces at county and city parks, and local schools. The Championship event itself will take place at the Rochester Community Sports Complex.

Play Hockey | 2023 Play Hockey Invitational AAA - September 

This tournament features 4 showcase games in Rochester, NY and is a great opportunity to showcase skills and compete against some of the best players. The tournament is sure to be an exciting and competitive event for all. This event is USA Sanctioned.
