A collaborative event series celebrating the work and life of Frederick Douglass in different countries around the world. The week includes performances, creative installations and critical discussions addressing the history and impact of Douglass in each location.

Party In The Park | July 13, 20, 27, August 3, 10, 17
The 2023 Party in the Park concert series presents a wide range of music including blues, funk, rock, reggae, and classic rock attracting devoted music fans and families to come out and enjoy the beautiful summer season.

Rochester Pride Parade & Festival | July 15

Dog Day Of Summer | July 15

Pan Afrikan Festival | August 5
The purpose of this special day is to reach out to the community and celebrate our heritage by offering the community a unique blend of music, dance, art, spoken word, health and wellness and educational literature that reflect all members of the Afrikan diaspora.
