An online astronomy course for young learners, around 6-9 years old, ready for a space adventure.
Begins January 27
Wednesdays | 3:30-4:15pm
RMSC presents a new online course for younger children who love space! Join Planetarium Director Steve Fentress on Zoom for a weekly tour of the latest and greatest pictures and news about planets, stars, the Sun, comets and meteors, black holes and rocket launches.
During each 45-minute session, we will take a new trip somewhere in space, discuss kids’ questions, and learn to explore a few safe, trustworthy websites such as NASA’s Astronomy Picture of the Day.
