Spotlight on Faculty – Passionate Spring

Members of the Hochstein String Faculty perform this celebration of music with a Romantic flair. The program includes Arnold Bax’s expansive Harp Quintet; Three Tangos by Piazzolla, full of dramatic and intriguing expressions; Mark O’Connor’s joyful Appalachian Waltz; and selections from Dohnanyi’s evocative Serenade, Dvorák’s unusual Terzetto, and Glinka’s operatic Sextet.

Admission at the door is $10 per person, with a $20 family maximum. A “meet the artists” reception follows the concert.
