Join us for our second dinner at Maplestone Farm in Stanley, NY! On October 15th, we're partnering with Nedloh Brewing Co. and Maplestone to bring you a delicious display! NYWCC Chefs Andrew Chambers and Gary Parmelee will pair Nedloh's array of brews with entrées made with fresh, local ingredients straight from Jarret and Jessica Winum's farm. While you enjoy your exquisite pairings, a representative from Nedloh Brewing will share the stories and insider info on their unique beers. This is the perfect opportunity to experience "what grows together, goes together!"
Nedloh Brewing is located in Blomfield, NY and owned by Nate and Josie Holden. Established in 2014, the brewery "is a spacious gathering place where all are welcome, beer is celebrated and new friends are made."
Maplestone Farm started only a few years ago as well and we proudly partner with them for their wonderful array of garden fare and chickens. This family farm is the perfect pairing for Nedloh's beer portfolio as Nedloh too prides themselves on harvesting and supporting local.
This casual event will begin at 5:30pm with a passed hors d'oeuvre, welcome drink, and tour of the farm. Dinner will be served outside and guests will gather around one large farm table to enjoy the pairings. After dinner, Jarret and Jessica will be hosting a bonfire for anyone who would like to stay and enjoy live music.
*This event will be held offsite at Maplestone Farm's location: 1821 State Route 245, Stanley, NY 14561
