Make Your Own Saag Paneer

Saag Paneer is the dish originated in North, popular among the vegetarians delicate and silky taste, easy to cook. Paneer is a name, for the Indian cheese, made from curdled whole milk. Whole milk is boiled and curdled either with one lemon juice or citric acid when boiling, the water and curdled milk is separated by straining the liquid through a muslin cloth, Heavy flat bottom weight is laid on to the curdled milk in muslin cloth, after few hours a thick slab of cheese is ready to cut into cubes and ready for the cooking. Saag, Saag is a generic term for green leafy vegetable, Northern India green spinach is very popular, cheap and easily available therefore it is loosely used for spinach.
