Europe '71-'72: A Student's Perspective

Featured artist Dick Bennett shares his images of Europe from September 1971-1972 while he was a student in Vienna, Austria. He travelled and spent time with another 19 students in the program as part of his studies at St. Lawrence University, Dick lived with a family in Vienna and over weekends or vacations, with others from the group or alone, was able to travel through much of Western and some of Eastern Europe. Digitized from Ektachrome slides of the time, Dick has assembled a "travelogue" of his experiences.

Also part of the exhibit this month at Image City: Michelle Turner will share her images of Easter Island in the Neuberger Gallery. Visiting Artist Chip Evra  joins us as are Clay Gehring, Susan Kaye, Michael Lempert and Bob Simon. Gallery Partners and Artists-In-Residence will also display their work.
