On select Friday evenings during the fall semester, FLCC’s culinary arts and hospitality programs transform Stage 14 at the main campus into a gourmet dining experience for the public. Five-course, gourmet dinners are prepared and served by culinary arts students, with seatings between 5:30 and 7 p.m. with the exception of Sept. 27, which has a single 6 p.m. seating.
Dates for 2019 are: Sept. 27 (special beer pairing dinner with Naked Dove); Oct. 4, 11, 18, and 25 (paired with the FLCC Music Faculty Recital); Nov. 1 and 8; Dec. 6 - Ten-course Italian Dinner, seating at 6p.m.
