The Pittsford Community Library welcomes history enthusiast Jerry Bennett to speak about abolition, emancipation, and suffrage. Drawing on 50 years of Red Cross service, Bennett will introduce us to Clara Barton, Susan B. Anthony, and some of their contemporaries. Join him in exploring whether their labor was worth it, and how history is now telling us the answer. The lecture will be held in the Fletcher Steele Room.
